Tool Overview

The online PNG image viewer can preview PNG images online. Just drag a PNG image onto the page to preview it automatically, making it easy to tell apart the white and transparent areas in a PNG image.

On a computer, PNG transparent areas and white areas are often hard to distinguish, and it can be unclear whether something is white or transparent. Just drag the image onto the page to easily tell white from transparent.

If it is transparent, you can see the transparent-image style; otherwise it is white or another non-transparent color.

It supports all images that can carry transparency information, such as PNG and SVG (JPG and the like can also be viewed but serve no purpose, as they are all opaque).

Each time you drag in a new image it previews automatically with no page refresh needed; only one image can be viewed at a time.
