Dead Link Checker

Free online batch dead link detection tool to identify 404 broken links.

Tool Guide

Introduction

The online web dead link detection and link connectivity verification tool is a website inspection and safety tool frequently used by webmasters, SEO specialists, and front-end developers. It supports batch pasting of multiple web links to detect, and locally sends concurrent HTTP status code connectivity checks to each URL, instantly identifying lists of dead and broken links, including 404 (not found), 403 (forbidden), 500 (server error), and more.

Core Features

  1. High-concurrency status code probing: Perfectly simulates HTTP asynchronous request probes, detecting the standard HTTP status code returned by each target URL on the server side in real time, and accurately marking the connection quality.
  2. Multi-color visual table report: Automatically color-codes the detection results in a table: green for 200 (connected normally), yellow for 3xx (redirect), and red for 4xx/5xx (serious dead links)—what you see is what you get.
  3. Local sandbox security protection: All link verification and scan results are saved only in your local browser. Your core detection list will not be uploaded to the cloud, preventing your core network nodes and site-group configurations from being monitored.

How to Use

  1. Paste the large list of original URL links you want to check for dead links and connectivity into the text area above, one link per line.
  2. Select the concurrent probe timeout threshold (such as the default 5-second timeout), and click "Start Detecting Dead Links Now".
  3. The page will scroll through the detection process and results in a dynamic-stream table below. After detection is complete, you can filter out all red dead links with one click for batch copying or export.
