Introduction

The Video to FLV tool batch-converts MP4, AVI, MPG, MOV, FLV, 3GP, Web M, MKV, GIF and more to FLV format. Upload multiple videos at once and customize video codec, bitrate, frame rate, resolution, H.264 profile, audio codec, audio quality, sample rate, audio channels, or remove audio entirely.

How to Use

Step 1: Click the upload area or drag video files (multi-select supported).

Step 2: Select a video preset or manually configure codec, bitrate, frame rate, resolution.

Step 3: Configure audio codec, quality, sample rate, channels, or check "Remove Audio".

Q: Will conversion reduce quality?

A: Default CRF 23 (H.264) maintains high quality. Higher bitrate or lower CRF improves quality.

Q: Can I skip re-encoding?

A: Yes, select "Copy" as the video codec to remux only (fastest, lossless).

Q: What input formats are supported?

A: MP4, AVI, MPG, MOV, FLV, 3GP, Web M, MKV, GIF and more are supported as input.

Q: Can I recover audio after removing it?

A: Removing audio is permanent. The output file will not contain an audio track. Do not check this option if you wish to keep the audio.

Q: Is FLV format still in use?

A: FLV was once the mainstream web video format. Modern browsers no longer natively support Flash, but it's still used in some legacy streaming systems.
