Batch convert phone numbers to VCF files for one-click contact import.

Tool Guide

Introduction to the Online Phone Contact Batch Import Tool

The Online Phone Contact Batch Import Tool can quickly convert phone numbers and names into VCF (vCard) contact files, supporting batch generation and import into Android phones or iCloud contacts.

It is suitable for customer management, event list import, sales number organization, migrating contacts from an old phone, and other scenarios—no need to manually add contacts one by one, significantly improving import efficiency.

Tip: A VCF file is a contact-format file. We recommend not directly opening a large number of contacts in the Windows contacts program; you can use a text editor to view the content.

Compliance statement: This tool is limited to legitimate marketing and management purposes; use for any illegal activity is prohibited.

How to Batch Generate VCF Contacts

Step 1: Paste the list of numbers and names in the input box, for example, 18778300000 Zhang San, one per line. Based on your actual data, select "number + name" or "name + number" to ensure correct display after import.

If the name and number positions are reversed, just change the "Number Position" setting. When only a number is entered without a name, the phone-number-to-VCF tool will automatically use the phone number as the default name.

Step 2: Select the import device (Android or iCloud) to ensure the generated VCF file can be imported correctly.

Step 3: If the number and name are not separated by a space, you can customize the separator (such as #, comma, etc.) in "Separator."

Step 4: Click "Generate VCF File," and the system will automatically generate the contacts.

Step 5: After confirming the numbers and names are correct, click "Download VCF File" to save it to your computer or transfer it to your phone.

Android users: After transferring the VCF file to your phone, use the "Contacts" or "Dialer" program to import it into your phone contacts.

Backup download option: After generating the VCF, you can scan the code to download it in your phone browser and open it to import it into your phone (the backup link is valid for 1 day, so please download it as soon as possible after generating the VCF).

Network clipboard transfer: On your computer, use the "Network Clipboard" tool to create a new clipboard, drag the VCF file into the page, and scan the code on your phone to quickly download it.

Frequently Asked Questions About Phone Contact Import (FAQ)

What is a VCF file?

A VCF file (vCard) is a universal electronic business card format supported by almost all Android phones, iPhones, and email contacts, and can be used to quickly import contacts.

Why use the VCF format?

The VCF format can be easily batch-imported into Android, iPhone, Outlook, Gmail, and other contacts, avoiding manual entry and improving efficiency.

Which number formats does the tool support?

The batch contact import tool supports domestic and international phone numbers, including: standard phone number format (such as 13812345678), numbers with a country dialing code (such as +86 13812345678),

and landline numbers (such as 021-12345678). Please ensure the entered number format is correct so as not to affect the import.

Which devices does this tool support?

It supports Android and iCloud (iPhone, iPad) import; the generated VCF file format is already adapted to both types of devices and can be imported and used directly.

Why can't the VCF file be opened directly on a computer?

A VCF is a contact-format file; opening it on a Windows computer may continuously pop up contact windows, especially when there are many contacts, causing lag. We recommend using a text editor (such as Notepad++) to view the VCF content.

Can the generated VCF file batch-import multiple contacts?

Yes! This tool supports batch importing multiple phone numbers, storing multiple contacts in a VCF file at once without data loss during import.

What if the order of names and numbers is different?

The phone-number-to-VCF tool provides two format choices, "name + number" and "number + name"—just adjust according to your actual situation.

Does it support custom separators?

Yes. If the number and name are not separated by a space or tab, you can enter a symbol such as #, comma, etc. in the "Separator" input box, and the tool will separate them automatically.
