3. Set Parameters

Customize the QR code colors—freely change the foreground and background colors by clicking the color options to easily adjust them, making your QR codes more personalized and on-brand.

Adjust the QR code error correction level. The higher the error correction rate, the more likely the QR code can still be recognized even if partially damaged. Choose the appropriate setting based on your actual use case.

4. Generate QR Codes

Click the "Generate QR Codes" button, and the system will automatically batch-generate the QR codes and provide a preview so you can check that the data is correct.

5. Download as a Package

Once generated, you can download individual QR codes or download them all at once as a package, along with a TXT or Excel file for easy importing and printing later.

When downloading, the system provides a mapping table of QR code content to file names, making it easy to quickly locate and distinguish different QR codes and avoid confusion.

Data Encoding Method Setting

The tool adds a data encoding method that supports handling more complex data formats, making batch QR code generation more flexible and precise.

If your data is plain text with no line breaks or other special characters, simply select "None" by default—no extra processing is needed.

If your data format is more complex—for example, batch-generating QR codes containing names, addresses, and phone numbers that need to be separated by line breaks—you can first use the Multi-line to Single-line tool to preprocess the data.

After preprocessing, the system merges the multi-line data into a single line and stores it in a specific encoding format. Please make sure the uploaded text file has a consistent encoding; we recommend UTF-8. If you encounter garbled characters, switch to GB2312 or another encoding format.
